Find your achor point and cinch the loop through itself. Find your other achor point and do the same with that side
With both ends cinched on an anchor points now snap clip together
Check both anchor points and clip to make sure everything is where you want it. Now pull as tight as you want to secure your luggage or other items you are securing.
